iPad 4 Battery Drains While it still Charging

Trouble Phenomenon:
The customer said that his iPad 4 cannot get electons into its battery. During charging time, the charging indicator at the upper right corner has a thunderbolt in it to indicate it is charging. The battery indicator now says 77%, but after a few minutes, it dropped to 74%.
Repair Process:
1. USB current voltage meter indicates that iPad has current when the screen is on or turn iPad off, as shown in picture 1-1.

2. USB current voltage meter shows no current when the screen is off, as shown in picture 1-2,which suggests that there is no current flowing trough the charging circuit when the screen is off.

3. Use multimeter to measure the voltage of battery pin BATT_SWI_CONN and it shows no voltage. While this pin of a normal motherboard should has 2.5V voltage. After changing its battery, the charging state recovers. The replaced iPad battery is shown in picture 1-3. Connect computer and use i4 assistance to test the charging state. Everything is normal, as shown in picture 1-4.

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally.
