Guide: How to recover data from a broken motherboard of iPhone 6

Have you ever seen a mobile phone motherboard broken, and asked to replace the motherboard, we received a seriously damaged iPhone 6, after confirming with the customer, we know that the phone does not have iCloud backup, we can not boot now, we judge the phone motherboard Already damaged, then, what if the phone motherboard is broken? 1. First, remove the bottom screw of the iPhone, use the iPhone removal kit to open the iPhone 6 and carefully remove the motherboard.

2. Desolder the A8 CPU, EEPROM and NAND Flash from motherboard with QUICK 861DW hot air gun.

Note: You must handle 3 chips very carefully, otherwise data recovery will not succeed!

3. Clean 3 chips with rosin, BGA solder paste, PCB cleaner, soldering iron and razor blade.

4. Reballing the chips with iPhone BGA reballing stencil.

5. Place the new motherboard on the iPhone 6 PCB holder and remove the A8 CPU, NAND Flash, EEPROM from it.


6. Install the 3 chips removed from the damaged motherboard onto the new motherboard.

7. Now finally we can assemble and install the iPhone 6 to have a test, data recovery is successful!

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone. The Home Button gets unresponsive with returning function and the phone fails to activate completely. Disassemble the phone with iPhone opening tool kit(VC862) and disconnect the battery. Then remove the display assembly. Use digital multimeter to measure the power supply voltage of Home Button. The measured voltage value is 3.3V, 1.8V and 2.75V.
