Quickly Fix iPhone Black Screen

It is normal for a mobile phone to have a black screen. There are many reasons for this phenomenon: when the mobile phone is overloaded, it will be black when there is a system failure or a stuck phenomenon. Some iPhone 7 users report that the iPhone 7 can enter the system, and can hear the message voice, but the iPhone screen does not display anything but black. As shown in picture.







Connect the adjustable DC power supply, the current shows all normal, and it also respond when connect it to the computer.



Disassemble the iPhone 7 motherboard to measure the basic conditions of the display function by Fluke digital multimeter, it's measured that the seventh pin PP_1V8 of  touch socket(J4502) display power supply at infinite value, now the fault is found.



The power supply is changed from PP_1V8 to PP1V8_LCM_CONN by inductor FL3906 conversion. The end of the inductor has resistance value, and the other end has no value, so we judge it's FL3906 damage.

Connect the jumper wire as shown in picture 3.



Failure is repaired successfully!

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone. The Home Button gets unresponsive with returning function and the phone fails to activate completely. Disassemble the phone with iPhone opening tool kit(VC862) and disconnect the battery. Then remove the display assembly. Use digital multimeter to measure the power supply voltage of Home Button. The measured voltage value is 3.3V, 1.8V and 2.75V. Normal voltage value for the three are normal. Then, remove the Home button and check if the iPhone fingerprint flex cable is damaged, in fact it is in a normal state.
