My iPhone 6S can't boot after dropping on the ground, what should I do?

Have you experienced accidental dropping of your phone? Our customer encountered this situation with his iPhone 6S. Unfortunately, the iPhone6S that fell behind could not be activated, and did not respond when the iPhone power button was pressed. How can we fix it?



First, use the iPhone Opener to carefully remove the iPhone 6S, remove the iPhone display component, disconnect the iPhone battery, and then remove the iPhone motherboard.


Use digital multimeter to measure the diode data of main power supply for each circuit on the iPhone motherboard, we found the diode data of PP_CPU voltage is smaller than normal value.


Because there are many components are connected to the PP_CPU, so we are going to use rosin method to find out the short circuit part. 

Put iPhone under the Stereo Zoom Microscope, apply rosin to the soldering iron tip, and them smoke the rosin evenly on the surface of each component. Short connect boot pin to turn on the iPhone, we found the rosin of the C2006 capacitor next to the iPhone CPU melted quickly.

Check iPhone 6S schematic diagram via WUXINJI Dongle, and then carefully remove the C2006 capacitor. Now measure the diode data of PP_CPU voltage, the data tested is normal.

Install the iPhone motherboard, and connect the iPhone display screen, now the iPhone can be turned on properly. The repairs end!

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone. The Home Button gets unresponsive with returning function and the phone fails to activate completely. Disassemble the phone with iPhone opening tool kit(VC862) and disconnect the battery.
