My iPhone 7 Plus can't be started, how can I fix it?
The customer sent us an iPhone 7 Plus. His iPhone can't boot, he tried it many times. And his iPhone NAND flash is broken. He didn't know if he could fix it. So he needs us to help.
After receiving the iPhone 7 Plus, first, we tried to replace the new iPhone NAND flash. Then reinstall the iPhone, brush it and test it. The result is shown in the figure, showing iTunes error 9 after displaying the Apple logo.
It is worth noting that this type of problem may be caused by NAND flash causing CPU disconnection or CPU virtual soldering. Now we have ruled out NAND flash. Before installing NAND flash, test the resistance of the NAND flash using a digital multimeter. The results show that the seat is no problem, so the CPU is the key. Remove the CPU and reinstall it!
Then brush the machine again, now the black apple logo has recover normal. But don't happy, brushed the machine to the bottom of the Apple logo, iphone reported error 56.
Reanalyze the problem, iPhone Motherboard IC and NFC ic causes the brush machine error 56. We first suspected that it was the processor faulty weld the baseband. After reloading, the fault still exist, so try to install the NFC IC again.
The result is the same, calm down and re-analyze the problem. We think the NFC fault serious than the baseband problem, because most of problems with the baseband are error-1, and error 56 usual is NFC. Next check the Motherboard schematic diagram with WUXINGJI dongle, we found it big different between 7th generation NFC and previous one. Front tip working condition is not from the main power supply, it converse by power supply tube.
Is the processor blowing the power supply tube weld? Measure output current , there was no output, so the problem was clear. Re-install this power supply tube and test it, we found there is a voltage output, brush machine, iPhone turn on interface appears! Repair end successfully!
