How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone.
