Why is Wi-Fi Grayed Out on your iphone 6? Here's the Fix!

Trouble Phenomenon:

 IPhone 6 Wifi toggle button greyed out. Unable to toggle Wifi ON to connect to the internet on iPhone 6. Can't push WiFi button and it's grey instead of green. And hasn’t been fixed well at other repairing center.

 Repair Process:

 1. After teardown, we can see the Wi-Fi chip is stuck on solder pad by Polyimide Tape.
2. Tear the tape off and remove the Wi-Fi chip, we notice many pins dropped off from the solder pad, 18 in total. Among them, there is a empty pin that doesn’t need us to fix.
3. Clean the solder pad and mend the 17 pins, painting green UV SOLDER MASK.

 4. After finishing the above steps, reassemble the Wi-Fi chip and power on. Test it and Wi-Fi can be opened normally. The trouble is removed.

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone. The Home Button gets unresponsive with returning function and the phone fails to activate completely. Disassemble the phone with iPhone opening tool kit(VC862) and disconnect the battery. Then remove the display assembly. Use digital multimeter to measure the power supply voltage of Home Button. The measured voltage value is 3.3V, 1.8V and 2.75V. Normal voltage value for the three are normal. Then, remove the Home button and check if the iPhone fingerprint flex cable is damaged, in fact it is in a normal state.
