How to fix iPhone 6 Plus without recording
We received the iPhone 6 Plus , this iPhone 6 Plus has no recording function, and the music ringtones played are normal. It has previously replaced the iPhone tail cable. The R0301 resistor is missing, and this resistor is on the I2SO but clock signal between the iPhone audio and CPU, so we think we can fix it by soldering the resistor and replacing the iPhone big audio IC.
Turn on the iPhone 6 Plus, open the voice memos to test the recording function, but it's still not working.
Analysis and observe it, we find that there is the trace of the welding on the shield cover of the iPhone baseband, which means the colleague has repaired the iPhone baseband signal part.
Use BGA remove graver to pry the glue of the small components that next to the iPhone tail plug cable, we pry it slightly, but many small components fell off, which means the temperature and air are not controlled well when blowing the shield cover or fixing the baseband signal part via QUICK 861DW hot air rework station, there are virtual welding phenomenon on those small components. Check the iPhone bitmap through the WUXINJI Dongle to find out the signal.
There is a MIC insurance inductor, short connect it, re-weld components, and then power on iPhone 6 Plus to test the recording function, now the recording function works normally, the phone call also is normal.
