Troubleshooting: iPhone 6 often has no service

Our customer sent us an iPhone 6, which is often unserviced and displays search signals on the iPhone display. When the iPhone is in an unserviced state, there is no IMEI after dialing *#06#. How to repair it?

According to our repair experience, this iPhone has no service error and is usually caused by the RFFE1 and RFFE2 buses of the iPhone baseband.

Check iPhone schematic diagram though by WUXINJI Dongle, these 2 sets of buses are the various ICs that the baseband CPU uses to manage the signal parts. For the dropped damaged iPhone, generally the circuit of the RFEE1_DATA to U1 pin is disconnected.

Use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone, take out the iPhone motherboard. Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat the iPhone baseband, and then use tweezers to remove it, and then soldering the jumper wire from U1 pin to the test point of the back side.

Apply some green UV oil, Use the Ultraviolet Light Lamp to solidify it, and then install iPhone baseband to the iPhone motherboard.

Assemble the iPhone, power on it and get into IOS system to test, the iPhone signal works normally. After using it for several days, iPhone always has service.
