iPhone 6 Plus WIFI switch can't be turned on. What should we do?

We received an iPhone 6 and the customer said that it was unable to switch WiFi. After the cable was disconnected, the iPhone 6 Plus WIFI switch could not be turned on, which means that the iPhone WIFI function could not be used. How can we fix it?




Start the iPhone 6 Plus, enter the IOS test iPhone, all functions are running well, except the iPhone WIFI, the iPhone WIFI icon can not be opened.

First, use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone 6 Plus, remove the iPhone display assembly, disconnect the iPhone battery, and then take out the iPhone motherboard.

Put iPhone motherboard under the Stereo Zoom Microscope to observe, we found the iPhone WIFI IC has some problem.

Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat the iPhone WIFI IC, and then use tweezers to remove the iPhone WIFI IC, there are 18 pieces pin are missing, one of them is an empty pin, no need to fill.

Clean up the solder pad, and then use fill the missing pins, apply some green UV oil to those pins, use UV lamp light to solidify them.




Now, install the iPhone WIFI IC to the iPhone motherboard, and then assemble the iPhone motherboard.

Finally, power on iPhone, test the iPhone WIFI function, the iPhone 6 Plus WIFI switch is turning on smoothly and the iPhone WIFI function works perfectly.

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone. The Home Button gets unresponsive with returning function and the phone fails to activate completely. Disassemble the phone with iPhone opening tool kit(VC862) and disconnect the battery. Then remove the display assembly. Use digital multimeter to measure the power supply voltage of Home Button. The measured voltage value is 3.3V, 1.8V and 2.75V.
