Repair Tutorial: How to Fix iPhone 6 Plus no sound?

What if the iPhone 6 Plus has no sound? This will bring a lot of inconvenience to our daily use. For example, the iPhone 6 Plus's speakers have no sound, and the headphone mode is displayed when the voice is played. The IOS system always ensures access to the headset. How can we solve it?




The iPhone J1817 headset is plugged into the detection signal HPHONE_TO_CODEC_DET_CONN. This phenomenon is usually caused by the iPhone's tail-plug flexible cable and iPhone audio IC.


Use the phone open tool to remove the iPhone, disconnect the iPhone tail plug cable, and now check the iPhone to see if the iPhone is in headset mode. It has been observed that the iPhone 6 Plus is still in headset mode, and when the iPhone's tail-plug flexible cable is disconnected, it does not seem to be a problem with the iPhone's tail-plug flexible cable.

Take out the iPhone motherboard to check iPhone audio IC. Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat the iPhone audio IC U0900, and then use tweezers to remove the U0900 IC. After movement, install the new iPhone audio IC U0900.



Now install the iPhone and test it, the iPhone speaker works normally, the earpiece mode has been removed, all functions tested are normal, the repairs end!

Summary:

This failure is caused by damaged iPhone audio IC， the earpiece is not plugged into the iPhone, but the iPhone still shows the earpiece mode and the speaker no sound.

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone.
