A good way to repair iPhone 6s No Service

Apply some BGA solder paste to the baseband CPU and blow with a hot air gun at 300 degrees Celsius. After a while, take down the baseband CPU.
Use a soldering iron to clean the tin on the bonding pad, then use the Goot core to pick up some rosin for secondary cleaning. After that, clean again with PCB cleaner.
Use a digital multimeter to test the U1 Y1 pin of the baseband CPU without impedance. We can conclude that the pin has been disconnected.
Scrape the insulating varnish on the U1 Y1 pin circuit and then solder the can on the circuit with a soldering iron for cable soldering. Then use a solder added copper wire with a diameter of 0.02 millimeter to the exposed circuit with soldering iron. Clean it with PCB cleaner.
Apply UV curable solder mask on the aligned copper wire and put it under a UV drying lamp for 10 minutes. Use some rosin with soldering iron for cleaning, When finished, re-bind the baseband CPU using the BGA reballing stencil.
Apply some of the solder paste with a BGA spatula and apply it evenly in the correct position. Blow it up with a hot air gun, remove it and blow it again with a hot air gun. Let some BGA solder paste on the pad, align the CPU to the correct position, and blow it with a hot air gun at 280 degrees Celsius.
Once the motherboard is cooling enough, use PCB cleaner to clean it. After that, install the motherboard to the phone and test it. All foution is normal now.
