Why iPhone 6 Thermometer Appears On The Screen After Turning On?
Have you encountered this situation? iPhone 6 thermometer fault after turning on. iPhone thermometer appears on the screen because the phone temperature is too high. How to repair it? The following is a successful repair case.
We Received a iPhone 6 from one of our customers. After turning it on, the thermometer was displayed on the screen. And it reports "iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it". As shown in picture.
Before formal repair to the iPhone 6 device, we need to have a test on the fault.
1.Open and contract the WUXINJI circuit diagram, we use the regulated DC power supply to clamp the electricity for a test, we find the start current is normal, there is no leakage electricity or big current condition.
2. When we detect the thermistor, we find that the component is missing.
3. Apply some solder paste and use QUICK hot air station to disassemble a thermistor with same value from a discarded iPhone motherboard.
4. Observe the welded thermistor under LED Stereo Microscope as shown in picture.
5. Now the iPhone screen does not show thermometer fault, and it will turn on and enter into system normally.
What methods can be used for solving iPhone 6 thermometer fault?
1. When the thermistor is not missing, we can judge by measuring the resistance to ground of these circuits.
2. The lower version iPhone can be solved by update.
3. WiFi leakage and other power leakage will also lead to thermometer fault.
