How to repair iPhone Touch ID not working?

1. If your finger is wet or there is moisture on the home button. It can make your Touch ID inoperative.
2. Make sure your fingers and home screen buttons are clean and dry. For home screen buttons, please wipe off all dust with a clean, lint-free cloth.
3. Go to Settings> universal>, restore, and click restore all Settings. Your iPhone will reboot and all Settings will be removed without erasing any data on the iPhone.

3. Use some BGA soldering paste flux and  solder the tins with the soldering station. Scrape the coating off the wire from the back. Apply some BGA solder paste and then use the soldering station to solder the tin.


4. Cut the wire and align it properly. Heat and weld with a hot air gun. Flip the flexible cable to the back and weld it with the wire. Use a digital multimeter to test if it is short-circuited. Install the home button and test it. Apply some uv - curing soldering posts to the wire to secure the joint.

Finally, Install the LCD screen assembly and test it, touch ID works well.
