How to fix iPhone 6S recordings with noise
We received the iPhone 6S from our customer. The problem is that when the iPhone is recording, there is noise and the recording quality is not good. This iPhone motherboard was fixed once and we suspect that the motherboard is still faulty. How can we fix it?
Fault analysis：
The customer said there is a murmur when the iPhone was recording, first, we need to install the iPhone motherboard to detect whether the iPhone external configuration has some problem. After detecting, the fault of the iPhone is exactly what the customer described.
According to our repair experience, generally, the iPhone tail plug socket J4600 or iPhone big audio U3500 all will cause this fault. When facing this problem, usually, we can first remove the sponge from the iPhone tail plug socket J4600 to see the capacitance resistor inductance underneath. We can observe it under the Trinocular Integrated Microscope.
Fault found:
After remove the sponge, we found the FL4601 and FL4611 resistor fall off, these 2 resistors will affect tail plug recording and causes murmur.
Fault repair:
Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to short connect FL4606 and FL4611. After short connection, assemble the iPhone and test it, the fault has been repaired!
