What should I do if my iPhone won’t boot?

Have you ever experienced a situation where you can't start the iPhone 6s? How did you deal with it? One of our customers sent us an iPhone 6S. The problem with this iPhone 6S is that it can't be turned on. After receiving the iPhone 6S, we tested it. The iPhone 6S looks good, pressing the iPhone's power button as usual, the iPhone 6S doesn't respond. Charging the iPhone 6S, it didn't react at all. What is the cause of this failure? By disassembling the iPhone 6S and connecting the iPhone motherboard to the DPS DC power supply, we found that the current card was at 50mA, which is not normal.

Take out the iPhone motherboard, check the appearance of iPhone motherboard, there is no water damage or drop damaged phenomenon.

Put it under the Trinocular Stereo Microscope, and observe carefully, we found there is a bruise next to the iPhone Nand flash that hit by screws. As shown in picture.



Scrape the circuits on the bottom by BGA graver blade, and then apply some green UV oil to it, blow it by QUICK 861DW hot air rework station. As shown in picture.



Finally, assemble the iPhone 6S and test it, the iPhone 6S can be turned on properly, the problem has been solved!

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone. The Home Button gets unresponsive with returning function and the phone fails to activate completely. Disassemble the phone with iPhone opening tool kit(VC862) and disconnect the battery. Then remove the display assembly. Use digital multimeter to measure the power supply voltage of Home Button. The measured voltage value is 3.3V, 1.8V and 2.75V.
