How To Repair iPhone 6 White Apple Failure

Our customer sent an iPhone that needs repair. The fault described by the customer is that the iPhone motherboard is deformed, water is damaged, the layer is broken, and the fingerprint is faulty. And this iPhone 6 has a white Apple failure. What can we do to fix this fault?




After we received the iPhone motherboard, measure the iPhone motherboard.

Connect iPhone motherboard to the DC power supply, the boot current is large, the failure is iPhone 6 white Apple and large boot current.





We need to detect the iPhone motherboard carefully, （put it under the microscope to observe, no specific faults found ）

Based on our previously repair experience, when measure the resistance value of the USB by digital multimeter, the resistance value turns down.

Use Titanium Alloy Tweezers to remove the USB IC, the boot current measured is normal, so we replace the USB IC directly.


After replacement, assemble the iPhone 6 and test, all functions are fine.

How to repair iPhone 8 stuck on Apple logo

We got an iPhone 8 from a customer and his iPhone 8 card was on the White Apple and could not be opened. What caused it? How to fix this fault? Open the iPhone and the Apple logo displays normally. However, the phone card is on the Apple logo and cannot be fully activated. Connect your phone to your computer and recover from iTunes. Then insert the SIM card and activate your phone. The Home Button gets unresponsive with returning function and the phone fails to activate completely. Disassemble the phone with iPhone opening tool kit(VC862) and disconnect the battery. Then remove the display assembly. Use digital multimeter to measure the power supply voltage of Home Button. The measured voltage value is 3.3V, 1.8V and 2.75V. Normal voltage value for the three are normal. Then, remove the Home button and check if the iPhone fingerprint flex cable is damaged, in fact it is in a normal state.
